It’s been such a long time that we’ve all been apart so it was very exciting to share an evening of celebrations with my fellow Richmond business owners at the Richmond Business Awards last Friday.  To have the opportunity to meet in person and not through a screen and discuss the ups and downs of the last 18 months was a delight.

It was a wonderful surprise when SSA were awarded 5 accolades during the evenings presentation.  What amazing recognition for my team as we achieved Commended awards for Best Small Business, Best Training & Development and Best Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility and then also Highly Commended awards for Best Professional Practice and Best Business for Innovation.

I am hugely proud of my team for their contributions and their resilience during these difficult times so it’s great to acknowledge their hard work and celebrate our successes.
