Crouch End – Temporary Works

SSA provided the scheme design for the temporary works required to securely retain the existing front façade and perimeter walls at this extensive redevelopment of a site in North London. Temporary foundations were carefully positioned in order to avoid clash with the proposed pile caps. Due to site restrictions, SSA produced a pile installation method statement in conjunction with their temporary works drawings, in order to allow the piling contractor sufficient space to operate the rig whilst ensuring structural integrity of the wall panels.
